Manju brings over 15 years of experience in product management, marketing, and messaging strategy to Williams Learning Solutions. During her tenure at MSCI (formerly Barra) and then iShares exchange traded funds (ETFs), Manju used her science background to demystify and commercialize quantitative financial products. Manju is passionate about the intersection of capital markets and social causes, and devoted her most recent work at iShares to developing new solutions to bring impact investing downstream.

Manju holds a B.S. in Chemistry and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

When she’s not strategizing, Manju explores the science in everything with her two Mars-bound daughters. She’s an avid piano and ukelele player, too.
