Hazel is a seasoned professional with 26 years of diverse experience across five Hewlett-Packard (HP) Businesses.  Her functional leadership spans Marketing, Manufacturing, Business Planning, Sales Administration, Engineering, Distribution, Quality Assurance and Human Resources. Hazel’s last 12 years at HP were focused on new business incubation.

Hazel leads Williams Learning Solutions Operations and Strategic Planning. She’s passionate about impacting the inequities in our education system and influencing the untapped potential of females and students of color in STEM fields.

Hazel received her B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology and completed the Executive Education Program at the Duke Fuqua School of Business.

In her spare time she enjoys facilitating strategic planning for non-profit organizations and attending Wyoming football games.
